AUTHENTIC JERSEY CHICAGO BULLS ALTERNATE 1996-97 MICHAEL JORDAN
The Michael Jordan led Chicago Bulls came into the ‘96-’97 season as defending Champions and ready to dominate with a stacked roster. Losing only 13 games the entire season, the Bulls did not disappoint. With Jordan leading the way averaging around 30 points per game from start to finish, the Bulls had little trouble making their way to the Finals, where they would face off against the Utah Jazz. These NBA Finals produced one of the more famous playoff performances from Michael Jordan in game five, aka the Flu Game. Rising from bed hours before tip-off, Jordan’s severe flu-like symptoms would not stop him from logging 44 minutes to go along with 38 points, seven rebounds, five assists, three steals, one blocked shot and a crucial Bulls victory. The iconic photograph of Jordan being helped off the court by star teammate Scottie Pippen is one that will never be forgotten.
